A leading law firm is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer for its Nashville, TN office. This role blends deep platform administration, solution architecture, and hands-on development to manage enterprise-grade ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITAM, SPM, and emerging AI/automation workstreams.

The role covers the full lifecycle of ServiceNow work: developing and maintaining software and web applications, designing scalable and testable code, building third-party integrations (REST, SOAP, mid servers), and managing platform administration tasks such as instance health, upgrade planning, patch management, and governance. The successful candidate will design and develop complex customizations — business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACLs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub spokes — while working independently with internal stakeholders on implementations and troubleshooting configuration issues. Participation in SCRUM calls and requirements review sessions is expected.

Candidates should bring 7+ years in enterprise technology, including at least 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration, with 2+ years supporting legal or professional services environments. A ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential is required, with Certified Application Developer (CAD) strongly preferred. Experience with ServiceNow AI/automation tools (Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Now Assist) is a plus. The expected salary range is $110,000–$135,000 exempt.
